Goals for this week:
1. Do all of my biggest loser work outs (some of them are over an hour!!!!).
2. Drink water.
3. Watch portion control.
4. Continue reading Jillian Micheals book on metabolism
5. Limit dairy!
My hubby and i are going away for the weekend! YAY! So, I am going to take the weekend off. =) I am still going try to eat healthy but I am going to relax and enjoy our time together!
