Final workout!


Tomorrow is my big weigh in on the Biggest Loser wii game! I am very excited and little nervous. Portion control/calorie counting is my biggest obstacle. I have been able to exercise 1-2 times per day!! I know that being sugar free, portion control, and working out daily will result in weight loss. I can't wait to see the lbs melt off! I will post weight loss tomorrow.
